We were suppose to leave last Friday morning from ewr to mco. It was snowing Thursday night but Friday morning was suppose to ice. I called Continental several times to try to change to Thursday nights flight. My last attempt was at 5:30p and a nice agent said sure no problem and we were on the 9p flight. It was great to get out early. We even went stand by for our return flight and got on. We did have great service and thought I should share!!
