Great CM at WDW dining

I called yesterday to make my ADR's and I got the best CM ever. She made al the ressies as quick as possible to get all the times I wanted then after we were all done she gave me the ressie numbers. I thought this was excellent service! We had a lovely chat after the ressies were finished too! It made calling a really nice experience and it makes up for the grump CM's I have had in the past though not many!

I've called twice this week, and both times received good service. I rarely get bad service though, only one time that I can remember.

This is the first time I've booked since the whole switchover earlier this year, and I think the new system helps make the calls go faster, better, easier. Although, I will admit my heart skipped a beat when I realized we had moved onto my second choice without a confirmation number for the first one!
