Great CM at Disney Dining

I was stupid and lost my list of ADRs for our upcoming trip at the end of May. So I thought I'd try Disney Dining to see if they could help. When I asked, the CM said she couldn't e-mail them to me, but she could see if she could find them. I told her that was all I had hoped for. Gave her my name, dates of our trip, where we were staying and the names of three of the restaurants I had remembered.

She was so patient and looked through several days until she found them and then read them to me including confirmation number. I wish I had remembered her name, but she was so nice. I did do the survey afterwards and gave her a glowing response.

I'm glad you got good service!

I got a very nice CM last night. She booked the Dessert Fireworks showing for us for July 3rd at the MK. Because of the Disboards, I KNEW that it could be booked. This CM couldn't find it at first...apparently they changed the name because it's not Wishes that's being showed, but she was very good and kept looking. She apologized for taking "so long" but I didn't care, she kept at it, she found it and we're booked!
