Great calorie counter app

Hello Wishers,

I just wanted to share a new discovery, MyFitnessPal , its a calorie counter app that I use on my iPad. I have done WW 3x and quit, as well as tried many other methods. MyFitnessPal is free and super quick and easy. Just add the foods you eat and it subtracts from your daily total. Most foods are already listed but its not hard to add something new.
You can add your exercise too. Calories in, calories burned=weight lost....who knew?!
I am using this along with Nike + in my iPod (to track calories burned) and achieving good results, so far so good.

I've been using it for about a yr and have lost almost 50 pounds. Good luck
 
I started mid-May, and I am down 21 pounds. However I am at a standstill. I have only lost .8 lbs in 4 weeks! Trying to buckle down, drink more water, and work out more consistently. Other than that, I love MFP!

Do any of you have a problem going over on the sugar grams? I an over by about 20 everyday! The only added sugar is Agave syrup, the majority of my sugars are in milk, fruits and vegtables.
