Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that Airtran is posting sale fares once again through Dec. 17th. From Rochester to Orlando Dec. 7-14th is 130.00 RT including all fees. Thanksgiving not included this time as far as I can tell. Hope this helps someone out there!:D

I know, can you believe these rates!!! We paid $160 rt last April, and I thought that would be as low as it goes. We were debating another trip in Nov. with these rate I don't know how we can pass it up.

Hi Everyone:

Those Airtran rates are great & for Phila ($78 1-way) there is quite a variety of flights. We are going 12-4/12-8 but flying US Air on frequent flyer miles. I am almost tempted to save the miles & book a flight.

I got a rate on Airtran for $151.50 Tues Oct 28 - Tuesday Nov 4. This is out of Phila.

I have booked Delta out of Rochester for $130.
I'm going May 13-19, 2004. I booked this 329 days of the return trip. So I booked it on June 25,2003. There were alot of days and times that came up at that price. I always start looking at the most recent dates released to get an idea of price. If I was to book out of Syracuse (which is where I live) for the same dates and about same time it was $212 per person.

If any of you Rochester flyers could give me a clue where to park.. I'd be thankful..

:( Bummer ! No good sales leaving out of Denver. We still need our airfare for our coming up trip ...better get it in fourth gear.

Lori-n-NY,

I have never actually had to park(always had someone drop us off) But my dad often parks when he goes on business trips since company pays for it. He uses Allright parking which is right across from the airport. The last time he was away I picked up his car so I could use it while mine was in the shop. I think they charged $5/day. However, I noticed a sign for the on airport parking for $3/day. I always thought the on-site parking was more. I'm sure either would be fine, you could just call ahead to check the prices. Of course they both have a shuttle that takes you right to the terminal.

I use to take JetBlue(TVs) out of Rochester. For the last two trips JetBlue has been over $200 more then Airtran. Airtran also has direct flights to Orlando from Rochester. I have my tickets for December!!!

Just booked our tickets from Chicago to Orlando bia airtran and got $142 roundtrip. That's almost $60 better than anyplace here in Milwaukee... My dad will be driving us to Ohare for the dropoff and pickup. :)

Jfulcer,

FYI, I'm getting 176 rt from Milwaukee to Orlando on Midwest. It is 34$ more but you don't have that drive to Chicago:) .

I know, I saw that rate too, but I didn't jump on it when I saw it cause we didn't have the cash right then. :(:(:( When I went to book it, it was back up to $204 and I didn't want to wait to see if it went down again with the airtran rate...

Believe me, I'd rather be on ME and eating cookies.
