We're booked for next week.![]()
So are we. dream 9/15 sailing. Have done chocolate tours in Seattle and Kauai, both were great fun. Looking forward to this one too.
We're booked for next week.![]()
Unless I missed it, haven't heard if you can bring your camera in and take pictures on the tour.
Doesn't seem to be any personal pictures from the tour here.
Can anyone address this please? Many thanks.
No problem taking pictures. I took lots. Two little girls with their dad had a small video camera and videoed the entire time. Also, in an earlier post someone said they had to leave belongings in lockers. We were not asked to do this. Dh and I were allowed to just put our paper cover up over our bags. I had a small cross body bag and dh had a small back pack. It was a lot of fun and educational too. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.
I am guessing this is not a good choice for those with food allergies? DD is allergic to tree nuts and I am allergic/intolerant to dairy. Will we be able to enjoy this or should we skip it and do something else?
Booked this for next week. Sounds like a good one. Any other tips, thoughts opinions on it?
Robin,
Do you know if sugar free chocolate is an option?
Thanks
i did this about 3 weeks ago off the Dream, and had a blast. as for tips -
1. they gave us all a caramel milk chocolate to use, but one passenger said he didn't like milk chocolate so they gave him dark. so, don't be afraid to speak up!(that said, I love dark chocolate but the caramel milk chocolate was the best thing by far that I tried).
2. one of the items we coated in chocolate was a pineapple chunk, and when i got back to the cabin and opened the box of stuff i had made, it was leaking pineapple juice all over. so, you might want to eat that first (or even eat it at the factory, so it doesn't leak on your other creations).
