Grauduation Speech HELP!!

ok, im writing a speech for my 8th grade graduation becuase i was chsen valedictorian (sp) and i was wondering if anybody knew any good qoutes or anything like that. any tips would be great! Thanks!

First off, congratulations! That is excellent!

I was the Salutatorian for my high school graduation last year so I was responsible for opening the ceremony. For my speech I looked at various quotes and famous graduation stories and selected both a quote and a short story that I felt was appropriate for the evening. I wrote about moving on, and appreciating everyone's individual strengths and being proud to have graduated from the high school and to be sure to look back with pride on what you have accomplished etc.

thanks everyone. yes, i have been onto qoute garden. ive finished my speech and i have to give it to my principal so she can proof read it. thanks for all your help everyone!!!
