gratuity envelopes

I am wondering if anyone has designed the small envelopes,(like the mousekeeping ones) to place your tips for character breakfast/dinner in?
I can't seem to find them..am I not looking in the correct spot?
Thank you for your help. I just want to have all the tip money in the envelopes so that I can just worry about the time we get to the meals and having the correct amount for the tip.

Have you had any luck finding some designs? Check on Mousekeeping envelope thread. There is a name of a designer on there. I think her name is Telynn. She is designing some for me too.
