Gratuities for excursion; beach day, massage, jet ski rentals

Good Day
We have only one excursion booked (Mr. Sanchos Beach day in Cozumel) and I am wondering what kind of gratuities are expected so I can plan for the amount of cash I need to bring. I know taxis are about $17 each way.... So I am guessing I'll need to tip the driver. Then I am guessing we are expected to tip the server during the day who bring us our drinks, etc??? I booked us the romantic package which included a 30 min massage for each of us, but DH doesn't want the massage, so I' getting both of them What would be fair to tip the masseuse?? Also DH was thinking of booking a jet ski while I get my massage, so is a tip expected for that??
your thoughts and help are much appreciated! I'm at a loss as this is my first time ever cruising!

If its for you and your family only then 10%
If its with others or organised by the ship normal $$$$

Taxis you can round up to a higher note without change thinking in the region of 10%.
Spa 10% but on the ship its 18%.

On the beach a few $$$, tip waiters or anyone who gives you service.

Overall tipping is your view and there isn't a right or wrong good service consider these levels poor service reduce.

Thanks DF it's just hubby and I. The massage is on the beach at the beach day, had to pay extra for the romantic pkg. maybe I'll give her $15 or so after. The taxi if it's $17 thinking of just rounding to $20.
The servers will be the confusing thing for me, I don't want to tip every time I have a drink or something, would prefer to just leave something at the end -- will see how it's set up once I get there I suppose! Looking like I'll need to bring more cash than I wanted to on that day!

I would say $1 per drink on beach service, maybe up to a total max of $5 for a family round.

Thanks that's helpful it's just the 2 of us, so $2 per round i am guessing - or can we just tip once at the end of the day and leave him $15-$20 for the day?

We tipped our server 20 bucks as we were leaving Sanchos at the end of the day and thanked him for taking care of us and took a pic with him! Ask for Carlos!
