Is there anywhere other than Brown Derby (or a TS) to get the grapefruit cake?

No, the only place I've ever seen it available at WDW is the Brown Derby.

You can get it at Starring Rolls bakery, also in DHS between the Brown Derby and Sunset Blvd.

You can get it at Starring Rolls, but it's still the same price (it was $7 last year). Since they have to go into the BD to get it, it can take a few minutes to get to you.
