Grapefruit cake?

Anyone had the grapefruit cake from the Brown Derby? I just finished watching Amusement Park Eats on the food network and they showed that cake. Is it good? Can you get it to go? I have already made all my ADR's and the Brown Derby is not on our list.

and foudn it at the Brown Derby ..we had a take out piece. It was very good but not as Grapefruity as I thought it would be. It was sort of creamcheesy. It was very good.

It was so good and we commented to our server as such...

She got us the recipe!!! It's on this cute little derby shaped card. We also got a couple other recipes... she was the BEST server!

I have yet to get up the nerve to try and make it. Someone tell me to get off my lazy behind and do it!
