Grantor/grantee search indexes

Does anyone have the URL for the grantor/grantee deed search index - for VGC in California?

Here are the grantor/grantee search indexes that I am aware of:

• Orange County (WDW DVC resorts)
• Beaufort County (HHI)
• Indian River County (VBR)

This index turned up in my searches, but I am not able to find any recorded DVC deeds through it:

County of Orange (VGC, if I am correct)

If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

That is most likely the correct link. However, possibilities for a lack of data include:

1. The deeds have not closed yet.
2. They have not been posted to the website yet.
3. The county will not be putting them on the web. I don't believe there exists any legal requirement, and throughout the construction process many pieces of info that are routinely available from Orange Co, FL have been absent from the CA website.
