Crap May 1st is a long time to still be waiting! This one isn't looking good. At least I rec'd a confirmation email from them so I can open a trouble ticket if needed.

So I am in some queue at the corporate office that SHOULD be able to process my refund...I have been in this queue for a good half hour...they have to think that you are just going to give up! NO WAY...not for $50 I am NOT!

Anyone have issues with this one? Any tips on getting a refund??
