Grandparents in Waiting :-) - UPDATE - "IT'S A GIRL!"

Well my best friend & I who seem to always do things together are both going to be grandparents. I found out my DD is pregnant and she just found out that her oldest son & his wife are pregnant.

My DD is 12 weeks pregnant and had broken up with her boyfriend before she found out she was pregnant. Unfortunately she is out of work and there are not a whole lot of jobs here.

My best friend's DIL is 6 weeks pregnant and they told the family via webcam.

We are both excited about the news.

Congrats. I am waiting to find out what is happening to my dd as well. We know that she is pregnant but there is some questions as to how far along she is. Hopefully the ultra sound this week will let us know.

DD should find out what the baby is on the 21st. She really wants a boy and has decided on the the name Aidan Keith.

If it is a girl, she will have the middle name Grace. When I was picking out a name for her, she was going to be either Natalie Grace or Nicole Gillian. I went with Nicole Gillian for her. If she had been a boy, she would have been Ryan Anthony.

While we were on our trip to WDW this month, I got the baby their first Mickey Mouse.

My DD had another Doctor's appointment today and we found out that its a girl!!!

DD selected the name Natalie Grace. She had picked Grace for the middle name, but had not selected a first name. When I was picking a name for her, I had selected Nicole Gillian or Natalie Grace. She ended up being Nicole Gillian. So it is really neat that she selected Natalie Grace for the baby.

The baby was really moving today and the sonogram was really clear. We could see her fingers, toes, and nose. She rubbed her eye a couple of times and she yawned a couple of times while we were watching her. The tech did not have to do much to get her into position to she what she was, she had just started and next thing she is saying "It's a Girl!"
