Does anyone know when the Food & Wine<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/26/26_12_5v.gif' border=0></a> menus will be announced? Any chance they will be posted here or elsewhere on the internet?

My DMIL is very excited about sampling wines<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_13_10.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_13_11.gif' border=0></a> as we tour World Showcase<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_4_14.gif' border=0></a>. The rest of us are very excited about watching MIL sample many kinds of wine<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_7_4.gif' border=0></a> as we tour World Showcase.:teeth:

LOL, you may want to get DMIL a wheelchair should she become incapacitated after a few samples. ;) ;) ;)

The festival begins on Oct. 1st and I would fully expect people to start posting what's available shortly after. I can hardly wait myself although I'm more interested in the food offerings. :)

LOL -- I am going with my wine loving mil/grandma too! :) Should be fun:hyper:

I too am more interested in the food offerings. Not much of a drinker and we will have our three kids along. What I would much prefer is to enjoy "Desserts around the World". That would be my idea of a good time.:)

It's fun to hear Grandma talk like a hot shot about how she's going to sample all the wines. She's not so tough as she likes to think she is. She'll be on her *** in no time. ::yes::

She'll be on her *** in no time.

Don't bet on it.

Our grown kids thought the same thing about us. They were on their butts and we were still going strong. Chalk one up for the old folks!

Are those your three children in your signature? Has anyone ever told you that your one son (the one in the hat) bears a striking resemblance to Louie? ;)

If you are interested in Desserts around the World let me tell you about two you should try if they are offered this year. Last year there was a Colorful Eating booth and they sold grapefruit cake which was so rich and wonderful! At the Cognac, Port and Brandy booth they were selling a Flourless Chocolate Cake that was also quite yummy! ::yes:: The Creme Brulee in France was also quite delish, almost forgot about that one. :)

Actually I do have three kids, but the one in the middle was on loan just for the picture. Would've loved to have taken him home with us, he's a cutie!;)

I already had my eye on the grapefruit cake<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_14.gif' border=0></a> after looking over an old menu from last year's festival. The flourless cake sounds yummy too.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_1_37.gif' border=0></a>

I have to wonder... How far apart would these two items be? I may need some time to walk off one before I have the other. Nah, nevermind, I'm tough<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_5_125.gif' border=0></a>. I can handle it.:teeth:

Definitely a cutie, probably doesn't eat much or talk a lot either. Those are the best kind of kids to have. :teeth:

If I remember correctly the Colorful Eating booth was at the World Showcase end of the Rose Walk and the Cognac, Port and Brandy booth was just past Canada kind of across from the stage where Off Kilter performs but a little further down. That's what, like a 5 minute walk? That's plenty of space to walk it off! :teeth:

Seriously though, the portions aren't large to worry about it but that's a good thing because then you can try a lot more stuff! :teeth:

Someone posted the Wine list link on another Food & Wine Festival thread. Apparently it's up on the Disney website, according to that thread. I'm pasting the link, but not sure if it'll work.
