Grand Vista vs Cypress harbour

We've stayed at grand Vista twice already. There is also an opening at the cypress Harbour. Have you been to oth and which do you prefer?

We're researching our options for a late June trip and found a $155/night rate for 2BR at CH.

We have stayed at both. We own at Grand Vista and love both places. Cypress has a more laid back feel to the resort. Both are top notch in our book you can't go wrong with either resort IMHO
