Grand Villa party questions for the experienced

Hey DISers!

In a couple of weeks I will be having a small birthday party at one of the grand villas at VGC. It's actually a four night stay surprise for my wife and her girlfriends so she's gonna be shocked! The night of her bday we are gonna be having a small get together of about twenty people for some light wine and cheese. Has anyone here had a small get together in a grand villa? There are people that are coming for just the party. Where would those people park? Does the hotel have any one day parking passes for guests coming like that? Was going to ask the hotel staff but figured I would try with the DISers first. Actually, feedback from anyone who's stayed in a grand villa would be helpful. I'll prolly think of more questions too. LOL.

I've never had a party (or stayed) in a grand villa, but we have had visitors when staying at a resort. We just let the cm's know at check-in and gave their name's as guest of us, so they could get through security.

I hope your GV is not over another villa. Your downstairs neighbors might not like all the noise going on above them.
