I was wondering if anyone has tried the Grand Floridian Afternoon Tea in the last six months or so?

What is your opinion of it? Is there something else you would rather do?
We are thinking of a light meal for our last day at the world because we are going to have an extremly heavy seafood meal that night.

The tea sounds kinda of nice but it also sounds kind of snooty. I would be going in basic summer gear so would I feel out of place?

Thanks for any help.

Well, it's been longer than 6 months for me but I don't think it is has change.

First off, it is a very quiet, cool, soothing room where they do the tea. But I would hardly call it snooty. The servers were really good and personable. I felt quite at home there.

Second, depending on what you order, it is quite filling. Check out the menu and get the one that gives scones, sandwiches, desserts. That may be the "Buckingham Palace." I was absolutely STUFFED when I came out of there. I didn't know it would be so filling. I had a PS for later that evening at Artist Point. I still went to Artist Point and managed to eat dinner but I was miserable. So, I think it is great for a light meal.
