Grand Palms?

Has anyone ever stayed in Grand Palms vacation condo/house resort area? If so, what is it like??

I'm not sure but i will tell you in 3 week's ! Everything i have heard it's great ....I hope so ...I have nothing but positive reports about the owner of the condo we are staying in.

We've stayed in Grand Palms twice. If you check the reviews at the top of the forum, a few of us have posted about it. We stayed in the same condo both trips, and really enjoyed our experience. It was very affordable, too. The complex is quiet (at least it was when we were there), there's a nice community pool, and a BBQ area. It is 10-15 minutes to any of the WDW parks, and we made it to Universal and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes with minimal traffic. I guess there are some new roads that cut the time to WDW, too. I loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer, and we had so much space to spread out. The first time we went we shared the condo with friends; the second time it was just DH and I.

Haven't stayed yet, but will in late 2008. From what I have been told/read it is a nice basic (community pool, hot tub, walking trails, bbq, very small gym) condo conplex with excellent prices.
