Grand one yacht

Just wondering if anybody used the disney yacht as part of there wedding and if they reccomend it ?

We were there last week celebrating our 4th anniversary. I was surprising my husband with a fireworks cruise on the Grand 1 immediately following dinner. About 5 hours before we were set to depart I got a call saying the Grand 1 broke and the piece wouldn't be coming in for another couple of days. Needless to say, my anniversary surprise was completely ruined! I was very disappointed and I kept thinking thank god we weren't doing something like this for our actual wedding! I couldn't imagine this happening on my big day, especially since they did nothing to try and help me come up with an amazing alternative

Thank you for the info , these things worry me ... Just like choosing an outside location i think i need to stay safe

We did as a gift to bridal party. The boat is quite big and has a lot inside space.
In the day of event it was heavy rain but everybody enjoyed the boat.

Tashka87 do you have any photos of the event ? It sounds such a cool idea . Im so unsure where to pick for my reception and as im traveling from the uk i wont get to view beforehand

We rented it for after dinner after our Escape wedding. We timed it to so that we could watch Wishes from the boat. WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I think we had them do some desserts and some sodas/waters. There was only 7 of us but it was such a great way to end our Magical Day! I was trying to find some of our pictures from there but they aren't the greatest. It was totally worth it for us and our family really enjoyed. Definitely not something you do every day.
