Grand Marnier Slushie?

I think I posted this in the wrong thread before...but I was just wondering where I could get one of these. I read about them on here and they sound good. Or another type of beverage like this? Does this exist in Disney?!

France pavilion in Epcot. There's an outdoor kiosk that sells the Grand Marnier one and also a lemon variety featuring Grey Goose vodka.
