Unless you have a discount that has expired, you can always cancel and rebook with a more reputable agency.

This thread has me worried. After reading all of this I'm beginning to wonder if they're even totally legit with their own Error and Omission insurance. Time to email them and ask.

My trip isn't until Sept. I've paid the deposit. If I cancel will I get that refunded so I can book with someone else?

Thanks

If your trip isn't until the fall, You can cancel, get the refund and rebook however you wish. Disney will pay the refund back however you paid it, if deposit went on a Visa, they will credit the Visa.
