I am booking a trip for December '09 - since there are 5 in my party we are planning on staying in the All Star Suite. There will be at least 5 additional people with the potential for an additional 5. The grand total will be a min of 10 up to 15. We would need a total of 4 rooms plus the suite. Is this something that All Star Music can handle?
Does one person call to make all the reservation for everyone? And if so - can it be broken down so each group pays for their own rooms as they won't?
I have never undertaken such a large group before and not sure of the process.

One person can do it. Each room is set up as individual packages.

If you do this, you will need all parties names, childrens ages, dates, which tickets they want. If you apply the deposits, you will need their credit card number, expiration dates, name on credit card, address and phone number.
