Grand Gatherings ADR Dates/Times?

Does anyone know if the grand gathering events happen every night or is it on set days? Also what are the times? I am looking at the breakfast at Tony's in particular

I just called. It's on Wednesday. The one for Oct 26th is already full so I guess this is something you need to call early am at 180 days.

They run the Tonys breakfast on Saturdays and depending on the season either Tuesday or Wednesday.

When you call make sure you talk to a Grand Gathering person. The regular dining doesnt usually know that this breakfast exists.

Keep trying because when we went in September last year I did book 10 of us at 180 days but then I had a friend decide to go and in August I was able to add her (another 7 people).

This is my all time favorite character meal...have a great time!

Thanks! So it is on Sat & Wed? We still have to wait to even book the package (April 2012 so we can't book yet) but I want to be prepared well in advance

Make sure when you book to get a Grand Gathering number. It will save you some time and you will be ready to go when you can do the ADR's. You can not book this one on line so call in and make sure you talk to a GG person.
