Grand Gathering Suggestions

I am planning a Grand Gathering for December 2009 and am thinking of some creative things to do that will make it extra special. There will be a total of 15 of us. This is what I have thought of so far, let me know if there is anything else that I may want to add. Thanks!!!

* Customized Personal Planning Guide
* Custom t-shirts for the kids (adults not interested)
* Customized journals for kids
* Mousekeeping envelopes
* tip envelopes for restaurants
* invitations for special events (BBB & MVMCP)
* CM appreciation gifts/cards
* personalized buttons
* pillow cases for autographing
* welcome letters
* pre-made scrapbooks that only will require pictures to be added
* custom stroller tags

I am not making custom Passbooks for World Showcase because there are pages in the journal that can be used for that.
Does anyone have any suggestions for anything I may have missed or that will add to the experience? A lot of the items I will put together into a "goodie" bag that will be shipped to each room ahead of time.

You could do Pressed Penny M&M tubes for the kids. and maybe do a scavenger hunt sort of thing for kids too?

I think you have it covered and then some, that's all the stuff we are doing for our grand gathering of 13 coming up in Feb.09. One question though you said you were having your gift bags shipped to the rooms, how are the going about having that done, that was one hurdle i hadn't figured out how to do yet. oh did you mention the character nuggets with the good morning or good night card attached to leave on the pillows each day. good luck and have fun creating.
