Grand Gathering rules

We are going to have about 18 people staying at the fort between a cabin and campsites in September for my daughters wedding ceremony. What is needed to book a grand gathering and what does it actually get you? Thanks for the help.

1st - booking is easy. Call CRO and there is an option to go to if you have more than 8 people coming in your party - that is all you need to be a GG.
As to what it gets you....IMHO....nothing. You do get to call a special number for your ADR's or other ressies, and you have the opportunity to purchase extra events (I don't remember what they are but examples would be a dessert party with special seating during illuminations).
