Grand Gathering room ??

Doing a Grand Gathering right after Thanksgiving this year. We have 5 rooms at AS Sports. I assumed that is is understood that we want them adjoining/next to each other, but it is something that I must request? I can't imagine them spreading us all over the resort, but I don't want to be disappointed when we check in, since we are arriving at 3 different times.

YES! you definitely have to request that you all be near one another, and there is still no guarantee! good luck!

I thought one of the perks of doing a Grand Gathering is the rooms are suppose to be assigned close to each other.... But I would call and add your request to each room reservered.

Because it is a Grand Gathering, they will by default attempt to keep the rooms in close proximity to each other. However, if you would like them to be next to each other (adjoining) or connecting, you need to call the Reservations Center and request that.
