Grand Gathering for July 4th, 2008

In order to finish with the rest of the parade, the auburn cart needs to kick off it's parade route on 6/30.

Oh, I see how it is. Jen would let me ride with her...make-up or not. I don't need your stinkin' shotgun seat! I'll sit there and hold Auntie and ntsammy5's pictures and feel important.

No, Auntie and Al are coming with me, they don't have 5 hours to do a 1/2 hour parade in the auburn cart. It's too hot to go slow in a cart.

Hey guys, I just wanted to say we had a great time on the MMGG, and thanks to Big kahuna for letting us use the extra site, the pup will forever be greatful. Anyways, we will be attending the gathering. It was great to meet of of you. sorry I haven't post yet I forgot my password and Stacy had to redo it befor I could get back on. I can't wait to see all of you again, and actually get to party this time. YOu know how it is when you got go to work the next day.
We don't have a theme for the cart yet any ideas.

i was under the impression that all gator carts had to be on 192 to start in the first place....

and my cart might be slow and not get out of its own way, but we get there (eventually!)

Ok, I give, how do all of you with loops posted know in advance where you will be? I am a part time travel agent and can't even get the spots I want

We will be there June 28-July 6, in a Grand Gathering with my sister's crew, will golf cart over to visit you guys.

2. Where does everyone go to watch the fireworks on the 4th?
3. What night is the big FOJGG party?
4. Can someone may a list of things to bring to the party so we can buy them before getting to the Fort?

I'm bringing a big crockpot of mini corn on the cob.

I'm also thinking about doing a tiny crockpot of some type of seasoned melted butter. Anybody got any ideas or has anybody done this before??

There's nothing mini in our kitchen...... I guess that's why my carbon footprint is so big.

This reminds me of one of our family reunions. We had dozens and dozens of ear of corn. The stories that came out of the bathrooms are still talked about to this day. That reunion has been dubbed "Cornfest"
