Grand Gathering Experience

Can someone give me details on the Grand Gathering. Really the only thing I know is 8 or more in your group to attend.

We did a grand gathering in 2005. Call to get your group number and from there when you make dinner reservations if you give them that number they keep everyone in the same area in the restaurant. Also they will send you info on special things only people who are part on a Grand Gathering can do. Of course at an additional charge. We ended up with fifteen people in our group and when we checked into our hotel they had our itinerary with our meal reservations and such. We really had a good time and are starting our plans for next year. Happy Planning!!!!!!!!!
