Grand Gathering at FW?

We are planning a Grand Gathering at the Fort from October 5-17. I have a few questions for anyone that can answer them. Do you need to know exactly how many people and there names before planning a GG? Do you get a GG # before or after you book your trip? Will getting a GG # guarantee that you will camp in the same loop if not side by side sites. What exactly is a GG and how does it benefit you?
Does Disney offer any special rates or discounts to Canadians during our Thanksgiving?

You do not need a specific amount of people to begin a GG, and get a GG number. But, you will need at least 8 people ( over 3 years old) eventually. FW will try to get you in the same loop as close as possible to each other.

the latest I can only find codes for is May & the AAA discount like Rhonda said, CAA for you.
