Grand Gathering advice

Hi everybody!!

I've tried searching... but I keep ending up with a bit of a mess

I'm in charge of planning a multi-family trip for over thanksgiving next year (I'm the vet... they're mostly all newbies)

Is there a thread/area for Large group planning?? Am I just missing it??

I'd love to know what worked/didn't for others that have done this, as well as ideas and planning help! If I can't find anything, I'll probably start my own thread But I'll need the Mods to let me know where it should go

Try looking on the Disney for Families forum (it's under the Buget board), they always have threads on this subject.

In fact if you post your question there you'll get plenty of answers.
