Grand Floridian Turndown Service?

Stayed at GF, garden view August 2017. I don’t remember if we had robes in our room. But we had turn down service every night.

we stayed spring 2016 (not club level) and spring 2017 (club level, sugarloaf). i’m sure we had turndown service on both trips, because trip one the chocolates had a picture of the resort and trip two they were just in gold wrappers with GF on them.

edited to say: i just did a quick search and it looks like you now need to request turndown.
