Grand Floridian Tea... But I Don't Drink Tea?

It's my partner's birthday so I'm surprising her with the afternoon tea at the GF because she'll love it and she's always wanted to go - but I actually hate all hot drinks and so the tea aspect is pretty much wasted on me (yes, I know I'm a heathen).

It's not the world's biggest issue to me - worst case scenario is basically I order whatever she's drinking and she can have mine if she wants it while I munch on all the lovely food, but does anyone know if they'll also serve you soft drinks? I assume at the very least I can get water.

I enjoy hot beverages but in your case I'd have a Long Island Iced Tea or 3 in keeping with the spirit of the tea party.

My dad ordered a single malt scotch when he went with my mom last year, so I think the bar is open to anyone who wants to pay for it.

They also will do any of the teas iced. I can't remember which one I had, but it was quite refreshing. And you really can't go wrong with champagne!
