Let me know if I'm being unreasonable:
This is our 4th stay here
We are paying rack rate (our stay is nov 8th)
I have e-mailed my adr's over 24 hours ago.
No reply, I e-mailed today to ck if they rec my request
They returned a message " they are working on it" this was at 9am
Its now just 4pm and no word.
I love the resort, and all its convenience, but never had any over the top service. Today I'm just feeling alittle disapointed.
