Grand Floridian room request

We will be staying at the GF and trying to figure out if it is best to check in online prior to the stay or check in once we get there. Thoughts?

Also, we have a lagoon view. What is the best location (building), floor etc.

Room assignments are done 3-5 days in advance of your arrival whether you do online check-in or not.

It's really up to your own preference, but we had a lagoon view on the 4th floor of Boca Chica and absolutely loved it. We could see the Poly, CR, the boats going back and forth, the electric water pageant and, if we turned to the left on our balcony, we could see a lot of the fireworks from MK.
