Grand Floridian Room/Building Preference

I know there's a whole thread on the Grand Floridian, but it's a bit unwieldy. So I'll create a separate topic, and hope for the best. We are at an outer building, garden view room. What requests would you recommend making to get the best room possible?

There are A LOT of outer building/garden view rooms, some even get a bit of a water view. You can use the below tool out and see which you prefer best. Conch/Sago Key have the majority of the partial water views.

Conch is a pretty good bet if you want proximity to the resort launch. It’s close to the leisure pool too and not far from the qs and walking path.

When we stayed we were in Sago Cay and thought it was a great location. It was a short walk to the main building and as close as you could get to the MK path. I only did the online requests for that one and I believe I just selected "close to the convention center."

We have stayed in Big Pine Key, Conch and Sago Cay and liked Sago Cay the best. We faced the marina and were steps away from Gasparillas and the new walkway to MK. We also found a shortcut to the bus depot. It was a great location.
