Grand Floridian resort

Hi

I plan to have lunch at Grand Floridian Cafe.(Nacrosse's is too pricey fr me!)
Afterwards I wanna take some pictures with castle in the background.

I looked at the following picture. I notice there is a little beach but don't think i can see castle from this beach.

Is there another beach or little park on the other side of the GF resort where i can take pictures ?

As you exit out of the back of the GF Cafe, turn to your left. This will bring you to the marina area. You can probably get some nice photos from there. You might want to take a look from the Poly's beach. I think they have a great vantage point too.

Granted the castle wouldn't be as prominent as if you were standing on Main Street. But as long as there isn't a wedding going on, the wedding chapel was built to where the castle is perfectly framed out of a window while standing at the altar. DW and I "snuck" in a few years back to check things out (the CMs actually didn't care about us looking around because there wasn't an event going on at the time).

The photograph you reference was most likely taken from a helicopter, so don't expect anything close to the photo you referenced. The beach you see if the only beach and does not contain a castle view as you perceived.

Tammi nail the best location available to someone not staying at the GF and it shows up best either early imorning or evening, since it will reflect the light shining on it while allowing you still set capture the surrounding GF resort. The best photo locations are from the castle view rooms on the top floor of the GF in the areas in the vicinity of the marina.
