Hi! I'm thinking of booking the Grand Floridan and have a couple of questions for you. The only rooms I see available with a AAA rate are the following:

1) Deluxe Lodge Tower Room with round sitting area with views of pool or marina. What building would this be located in? Does it have a balcony? (very important to me on vacation)

2) Sugar Loaf Building Concierge. I guess I know where this room is located! :) What kind of a view is available from Sugar Loaf? Is this building all concierge rooms? Again, would it have a balcony?

Thanks to any of you that can answer my questions. Any other additional information you want to add too would be greatly appreciated! :Pinkbounc

Here is the floorplan for the lodge tower room. They are located in all the outer buildings and have a garden view. The only rooms which wouldn't have a balcony are those on the top floor.

Sugar Loaf views are of the marina or the garden. They are all concierge rooms and you can request a lodge tower room at no additional cost. There are 6 of these rooms, 2 do not have balconies and all have garden views. With the marina view, you won't be able to see the castle, but you might be able to see the fireworks from your balcony. Sugar Loaf is now considered full service and does include wine, beer, cordials and the late night dessert offering.
