Grand floridian monorail

Anyone else know where to find the GF monorail play set besides eBay? As of today there are only 3 listed. And the bids are crazy high.

I'm pretty sure that playset has been discontinued for several years now, so the only option is going to be the secondary/resale market. eBay (as you noted) is the most likely bet and this point you'll have to pay a premium because it's discontinued/retired and because it's close to the holiday season. If you wait until after the holidays, the price might drop (a little).

figment_jiii - is correct. There were several building kits sold to enhance the toy Monorail sales. The big seller was the Contemporary (still being sold), as well as the the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian, which was the last release. The Polynesian was a poor copy of the actual structure, and was not a big seller. The Grand Floridian model looked much better but hit the shelves as collectors had apparently lost interest in the series.

eBay is still your best bet or perhaps a Disneyana show somewhere. Keep in mind the original price was probably $60 - $75.00.
