Grand Floridian lagoon view question

I'm booked at the Grand Floridian in a lagoon view room, and my question is, do these rooms have views of the castle? Or do I need to book a theme park view room? I'd love to see the castle from my balcony so hopefully I have the right room type for this view. I've stayed in Sago Cay before and Boca Chica, but with garden views. What building should I rquest when I do online check in?

Thanks!

I believe that the room view that you want is the Theme park view (TPV). The lagoon view will probably look at the water toward something like the Polynesian next door. TPV could probably be called castle view in the MK resort area.

I have had nice TPV rooms in the Big Pine key building, but any TPV room is great IMO.

We were recently in the main building in rooms 4203, 4204, and 4205 which looked straight out at the Castle. Lovely view for the fireworks.

I was recently in Big Pine Key, lagoon view, and had a beautiful view of the new tiki huts at the Poly -- no complaints, it was the level I booked.

Hmm...guess I picked the wrong view! I'll see if I can change it if TPV is available. Thanks!

We've had LV rooms in Boca Chica where we could see the castle by looking to the far left... If you really want that "dead-on" castle view, I would book TPV (we've had rooms like that, too, and the views are great).
