We've had lots of luck over the last few days walking up at places that show no availability online. We'd like to have tea at the GF,but they're showing nothing available- what are the chances we'd have luck with a walkup?

In October it was fully booked (I was trying to change time of adr)

When we ate there it was 1/3 full if that - obviously alot of no shows.

We ate there 2.20 on a wednesday.

1) Afternoon Tea frequently has no-shows.
2) People book it, then don't leave MK for the Tea.
3) It is always worth a walk-up try. *

* If you do get in, tell them TheRustyScupper sent you.
That and $29 will get you a Grand Tea.

It is always worth a try....the only thing is that the Gardenview Tea Room is very small, therefore it may or may not be hard to walk up and get a table. Good luck the tea, sandwiches, and pastries are very good....we will be there next month :goodvibes.

I had to break up my party of 4 into 2 parties of 2. We are looking forward to our first experience. DH and DD love tea. I love trifle. :)

I also love the GF tea. My experience was that it wasn't super busy. I'd show up and put your name in. There are shops to look around in while you wait if you have to.

Or you could sit in the lobby.... I could sit in that lobby for hours!:goodvibes
