Does anyone know if there is still construction being done outside of The Garden View? We are considering doing the afternoon tea,but will wait until next trip if the view is marred.TIA

I'll bite, we were just there early December and the construction on the north side is still going on, will be for awhile.... Big project m, many floors but I don't know where tea is served but from the Poly to GF, huge construction with walks and cranes..

Hmmm. Thank you for the response. We will probably put this off yet again, since the view is part of the appeal.
