Hello
Has anyone eaten at the GF Cafe? I have a 5pm ADR for Friday Oct. 24 before the MNSSHP. Since I tried making the reservation with only a month out, it was my only option near MK for an early dinner before the party.

I have 4y.o. twin boys.:yay: :yay: Is this place too fancy for them? Will they have child friendly food? I have been to Disney many, many times, but never the GF, so I really have no idea about the hotel or its restaurants.

I would have walked into the Poly or CR in our costumes for the party, but will we look ridiculous (or too inappropriate) to do that at the GF?

Please share.

DH and I stumbled on this place last month, not too fancy at all, in fact there were a ton of kids of all ages there. THe food was out of this world. TOns of pics and full review in my Aug link

I've been for lunch and loved it but never for dinner. All ears has a their dinner menu from 5/2011.

NOTE: The Cafe is on the ground floor overlooking
the pool and courtyard. It is airy and light inside, with
a sophisticated coffee shop appeal. The food is tasty,
with quality well above average, but selections nothing
too out of the ordinary. Our service has been always
outstanding. Worth jumping to for breakfast or dinner.
However, the lunch menu has changed and now not
worth the journey. By the way, a good place to take
young kids to start them to learn manners.

We love the GFC! The restuarnt is very pretty and the food is very good!

You won't look out of place at all in your costumes. We had our meal there before a Mnsshp a couple of years ago, and while we were not in full costume, we had our Halloween gear on. Glittery t-shirts and hairbows and the like. My sister thought we might stick out, but there were people there in costume, so we didn't.
