Which would you prefer for a nice dinner? We are going to Kona the second night we are there for dinner.

We had terrible service at the GF Cafe during a SLOW time. Definitely go to 'Ohana -- the two don't even compare, IMO!

There's no comparison: 'Ohana is an "experience," while GF Cafe is a good, sometimes excellent hotel restaurant. It depends what you want: good food or chaos. Also, you might have more trouble securing a reservation at Ohanas.

Ohana, definitely!

O'hana's for sure. It's one of my fave's. The food is so good and it really is a fun dining experience.

I would not recommend Ohana. We didn't like the meats and had terrible service. Hmmm but maybe the service overshadowed the food.

The bread pudding is excellent though.
