I've always enjoyed the breakfasts there (although it's been a year since I last ate there). I find all of the "mid-level" restaurants at the monorail resorts to be consistently good (Kona cafe, GF cafe and the Wave)
We had breakfast there last week and it was great! My daughter is gluten free and they were able to put together some Mickey waffles and toppings that were safe and delicious. I had the french toast which was amazing. We shared the pressed pot coffee. Recently I have found GFC to be much better than Kona.

The lobster eggs benedict is my favorite breakfast on property, and my wife really really loves the French toast. We love it so much that we now eat breakfast there TWICE on each trip, regardless of where we are staying.

Glad to hear the food is good! We've tried Kona twice and both times, a year apart, had to wait over 30 minutes for a table with a reservation. We're going to try GF soon and wondered about GFC. Thanks!
We love it for breakfast (and lunch and dinner). Its a wonderful place to start your day and have a nice and chill breakfast. Service is ok- sometimes slow, coffee is great- i love the lox and bagel or lobster bene... so yummy!
