Grand Floridian Cafe before a Wishes Cruise?

We're sharing a Wishes cruise that leaves from the Grand Floridian at 7:00 pm and would like to have a light dinner before we go. How's the Grand Floridian for dinner? We'd love to have gone to Narcoosees but it's not in the budget this trip.

Does anyone happen to know what time we should book our ADR in order to be at the GF dock by 7:00?
