Grand Floridian BWV refurb question

We are going in late November. I wanted to possibly stay at GF or BWV. Does anyone know when the refurbishments are going to be done? We did not want our first visit to be when we saw ladders and cans of paint everywhere.

I didn't know Disney was planning a Referb on GF. If so, request a room that is not part of the Referb. This way you don't have to view the Workers and Scaffolding.

Refurb is currently underway at BWV (not BWI). I think I read that it is expected to be completed by the end of the year. There have been several posts about the work going on, over on the DVC forums.
