Grand Cayman...time to tender if you have non-DCL excursion

From what I've read, I believe that the order you load onto the tenders in Grand Cayman are tied directly to if you have an excursion planned. Is that the case, or is it first-come, first served? I've never tendered before, so I'm not exactly sure how it works. I was wanting to plan the Captain Marvin Stingray excursion at 11:15, but the Time Ashore is 10:30. Is that enough time?

We did it a few years ago and Disney excursions had priority. Everyone else was lined up for standby. But the Disney groups were staggered so it wasn't like 500 people moved to the front of the line. Honestly, it seemed like a pretty smooth process. They had several tenders lined up and were moving people quick. Yours might be a bit tight, so you want to line up early. You can contact the tour operator as well. They understand the process and are likely flexible.

Open tenders came quick on our cruise in December

Not sure, but I think concierge guest also get priority on the tenders, whether they are taking a Disney excursion or not.

Just did this 2 weeks ago on the Magic at Grand Cayman. We went to the theater about 7:20 am for first tender at 7:30. They gave us tickets and we were on our way to the tender about 5 minutes later. We did not have a DCL excursion and were not asked if we did. We hailed a taxi and were at the Turtle Farm when it opened at 8:00 a.m.

Thinking of doing the same at Grand Cayman - all ashore at 10:30, does Captain Marvin do later trips? 11:15 seems pretty tight ... does anyone have info with taking this non-DCL excursion off the Fantasy and their 10:30 all ashore?

Marvin's does a 1:15, but that's got its own issues as a 3-hour tour depending on when your all aboard is.
