Does anyone know why the Atlantis Submarine Expedition in Grand Cayman is "temporarily unavailable"? That is what I was told when I tried to book it yesterday over the phone (after not getting a response to the email request I sent a week earlier).

Has anyone had luck booking the Altantis Submarine Expedition, Nautilus Undersea Tour, or the Seaworld Explorer Semi-Submarine on their own or on the day they are in Grand Cayman?

If you have gone on one of these excursions, how was it? As DH said yesterday, "we've seen lots of sea life through glass before".

Also, is there anything to do near the cruise terminal in Grand Cayman? We already have an afternoon excursion booked, but may want to do some exploring in the morning.

Thanks!

I had this booked for our December cruise and we were called by DCL to cancel about 2 weeks prior to our 4 December departure. I was told that all of the subs and other vehicles were beaten up pretty badly during the hurricane and they weren't safe for passengers.
