Grand Cayman Lunch at boat house beach bar and grill

Trying to figure out my port adventure for Georgetown, Grand Cayman. One of them has a lunch at Boat house beach bar and grill. Has anyone done this trip and gone there with the lunch included?

Did you end up doing this? Is the Boat House even a real restaurant? I can't find it on a map or any reviews.
